The Linux version of the HF3 "be-epe_3.0.2_linux24gl23_x86_hotfix3.tar.gz" does not have the three  files 'com.tibco.cep.be.core_3.0.2.hf3.jar" , com.tibco.cep.decision.project_3.0.2.hf3.jar,com.tibco.cep.decision.table_3.0.2.hf3.jar under {TIBCO_HOME}/be/3.0/hotfix/DecisionManager/plugins
But the Windows version of the patch "be-epe_3.0.2_win_x86_hotfix3.zip" does have those files.

Linux never had DecisionManager for 3.0.2. Look at doc/pdf/tib_be_decision_manager.pdf. Decision Manager is supported only on Windows. (The server component,RMS, is supported on the same platforms as BusinessEvents.)
