Symptoms:
=========
The following log information is printed in the console log on startup of TIBCO BusinessEvents and when executing be-jdbcdeploy.

Cause:
======
Agent/Utility loads the project (ear file). The message is printed by CommonRulesParserManager which is part of the cep-ui-rt-common.jar (e.g. when start rule is null).

Resolution:
========
This is an informational message only and can be ignored. In furture releases (BE 5.1.1HF2 and newer) the message will be printed in debug mode only.
