A new EMS user "test" with password "test" is successfully created. The EMS admin tool is disconnected and then an attempt is made to reconnect the admin tool as iser "test". The error,  "Failed connect to 'tcp://localhost:7222': invalid user or password" error" is tyhen reported.

Cause:

The error is expected unless the newly created user "test" is part of the admin group.
