The charts are not updated correctly when more than one inference agent updates the metrics. Some updates get lost.

Symptoms:

chart does not include all metric updates (missing/incorrect values)

Cause:
======
Some updates get lost when both agents update the chart at the same time.

Resolution:
========
Add the property be.engine.metric.lock.islocal to the Cluster Deployment Descriptor (CDD) - cluster area or on all agent classes and set the value to false.
