BE Server Settings Tab does not automatically show up on Administrator GUI

Workaround
==========
To install the Server Settings tab:

-The tab is part of the updated BE Administrator plug-in, located in the be-admin.jar that comes with the hot fix.
-In Administrator, add the BE plug-in using the plug-ins page. Details are available in the Administrator manual.
-Restart the Administrator service.

To remove the Server Settings tab:
-In Administrator, remove the BE plug-in that has the same version number as the hot fix.
-Restart the Administrator service.

Cause
=====
The plug-in needs to be added manually because it is made available in a hotfix which does not come with installer.

Issue will be resolved for the next release of BE 1.3
