Unable to start TIBCO Decision Manager. Studio hangs after workspace dialog has been confirmed.

Cause:
======
Configuration issue.

Resolution:
========
Update "decisionmanager.ini" (located in &ltBE-Home>/decisionmanager/eclipse) and add the following line:

Djava.ext.dirs=&ltTIBCO_HOME>/tibco/be/4.0/studio/lib:&ltTIBCO_HOME>/tibco/tibcojre/1.6.0/lib/ext

Example:

dirs=/home/be4032bit/tibco/be/4.0/studio/lib:/home/be4032bit/tibco/tibcojre/1.6.0/lib/ext
