When TIBCO Remedy adapter version 5.1.0 for AR System 6.0 is used on HP_UX machine, it is not possible to add remedy adapter palette to the designer view panel while configuring the design time adapter using TIBCO Designer.
This issue will be observed when Remedy adapter v5.1.0 for AR System 6.0 is used on HPUX platform.

Workaround
==========
Copy arapi60.jar from AR system installation and replace it at <adapter home>/5.1/lib. Or keep this file in a location and append this location of the file to “CUSTOM_CP_EXT” path in designer.tra. The location of arapi60.jar file in AR System installation is <remedy home>
Cause
=====
The arapi60.jar shipped along with adapter is corrupted. (located at <adapter home>/5.1/lib)

We plan to address this issue in the next release/hotfix of the adapter.
