If the schema for an RFC/BAPI Adapter Service is refreshed in Designer and then the

'Refresh Adapter Service' button in the BW Process AE Activity view is clicked,

errors are reported upon project validation.



Impact

Loss of Functionality

Refresh Adapter Service will not work for existing Designer Project created using earlier version of SAP




Workaround

==========

When refreshing schemas for existing adapter projects; set the custom folder

to relevant three character identifier (for example "640") that identifies the

version of the SAP system that is used in the existing project.



Resolution

==========

This issue is a defect (1-72NU9P) with the adapter and will be addressed in the future release.
