1). I would like to obtain hotfixes for TIBCO EMS. Where can they be downloaded from?
2). Are hotfixes cumulative?

Answer:

Hotfixes are only recommended to customers that request them if

1). they are experiencing the problems addressed by the hotfixes, or
2). because of their system design they maybe susceptible to these problems.

Hotfixes _are not_  cumulative. Each hotfix addresses a specific problem and is sent only to the customer who reported the problem. They are not designed for general availability.
