Resolution:
For GridServer 4.0 and earlier, patches are module cumulative. Any patch should contain all changes for the module that patch intended to fix. A service pack should include all previous patches.
Beginning with GridServer 4.1, patches are completely cumulative. The most recent patch will include all previous fixes.
