Description

Resolution:
The error seem to be due to the lack of this .Net dll. As you know BC uses RV for underlying messaging transport. This product has an existing enhancement request (ER 1-3TYWWD) in which it doesn't bundle this Microsoft library as suggested by the following article.

To workaround this issue
- install the missing dll and make sure that the system PATH environment variable is pointing to its location
