Symptoms
========
If People Tools 8.45 version is used to run PeopleSoft adapter, it will throw an error class psft\pt8\pshttp\PSKeyStore not found exception on receiving a request. This problem can be seen when running the adapter instance with People Tools version 8.45 and User Profile CI or CI's created from User Profile CI are used.

Impact
======
Loss of functionality
Adapter will not be able to complete processing of a message when using People Tools 8.45

Cause
=====
This is a PeopleSoft issue for the USER PROFILE with a specific People Tools version (8.45).  For additional details, please refer to the PeopleSoft solution 200974612, "PeopleSoft Solution:  Component Interface - PT 8.45x External APIs getting an error when trying to retrieve a second CI".


Resolution
==========
PeopleSoft has provided the following resolution:

Please make a jar with the files present under the &ltPS_HOME>\&ltclass folder> folder that comes with the PeopleSoft Server installation. PS_HOME is the installation folder of PeopleSoft and Class folder is the “class” folder exists under &ltPS_HOME>. Include it in the class path or place it in the lib folder of the adapter installation (&ltadapter_home>/5.1/lib).
