Using the same token in multiple Gateway Server instances, the first instance is able to run fine. Subsequent Gateway Server start up but stay in an IDLE state instead of the RUNNING state.

Each Gateway Server instance must use a separate, unique token. The HTTP and FILE services can be assigned to multiple tokens.
