Description:
Symptoms

The adapter hangs on setting the number of threads to a large value.
This behavior is observed after adapter logs the statement 'creating
dispatcher threads'.

Impact
======
Loss of Functionality
You will be unable to start the adapter.

Workaround
==========
None.

Cause
=====
Each adapter thread, that connects to Siebel increments the number of
Siebel server task by 1. The adapter will hang while creating a new
connection thread if Siebel server has already reached the maximum
number of tasks it can handle.

Resolution
==========
Set the Siebel parameter 'Maximum Number of Task' to a fairly large
value and restart the Siebel Server.
