Expected behavior of BusinessEvents is to reconnect to the backingstore after a disconnect. This was not working correctly in pre-BusinessEvents 3.0.1 hotfix-9.

Environment:
==========
TIBCO BusinessEvents 3.0.1
Windows XP with MicrosoftS SQL Server 2008/2005

Symptoms:
=========
1). Stop MS SQL Server 2008 database which serves as a backingstore.

2). Restart MS SQL Server 2008.

3.) BusinessEvents inference engine will not successfully make reconnection.  

Note: In this environment, IsCacheAside is enabled. The inference engines were writing directly to the backing store.

Cause:
======
This was a known inconsistency addressed in BE 3.0.1 hotfix 9.
