No, temporary queues cannot be routed automatically to crossan an EMS route for request/reply messages. However, Temporary topics can. Queue messages can travel only one hop to the home queue and one hop from the home queue. This applies to temporary queues also. For a temporary topic, if the receiver on that topic is already gone the message is simply discarded by the EMS Server. The use of temporary topics may be better for reply messages in your application.
