Compilation error is thrown when a custom/ontology function is used in Decision table Condition area. Built in functions' usage has no restriction though.

Symptoms:

"function "functionname" not allowed in condition" is the error shown in BusinessEvents Studio Problems View.


Cause:
======
Value of Validity attribute in the custom/ontology function is set to ACTION by default.


Resolution:
========
Change the value of the Validity attribute to CONDITION in order to use the custom/ontology function in the Decision table Condition area. When this is done it can be used in both the condition and action area.
