Resolution:
Starting from BE 1.4.0, you can turn off the BEClient DEBUG trace in BW log files by adding the following property into deployed BW application's .tra file. Once the trace for debug role is set to false, BE client will not write any debug information.

Trace.Debug.* false

This property is ducumented in TIBCO BusinessWorks Administration, Chapter 8 Custom Engine Properties, under "Available Custom Engine Properties" session.
