Description:
The upgrade can fill the icconfig.xml file with a very long password for IC_MAIL_PASSWORD regardless of the original value. This setting is currently unused hence no functionality is loss by not correctly filling this entry in the icconfig.xml file.
The behavior which is observed is in the Server Manager, if you click on the Debug Log and click OK, the Server Manager exits and the Debug Log is not created. Truncating the IC_MAIL_PASSWORD in icconfig.xml fixes the problem.
