Resolution:
TIBCO BusinessEvents 4.0.2 (runtime) is supported on JRE 7.
Please take a look at the attched document for upgrading to JRE 7.
Please note that only runtime component supports JRE 1.7.0. The design-time component, TIBCOBusinessEvents Studio, still requires JRE1.6.0 and does not support JRE1.7.0.
