Resolution:
The timer output format depends on the timezone configured on that machine.
On windows it can be changed in Settings –> Control panel -> Regional and Language Options.
- E.g. If you select English (United States) then 12 hour time format (7:54:17 PM) will be seen in the Timer activity output where as if German (Germany) is selected then 24 hour time format (19:56:38) will be displayed in the timer output.
On Solaris the timer output format depends on the TZ environment variable. It can be modified using by editing “TZ=” line in /etc/TIMEZONE
