When using a custom FTP script configured via a file reference under trading partner outbound FTP transport,  BC does not load the script properly, throwing the error:

StatusCode from Transport is: 300. StatusMsg from Transport is: Custom script mode is configured but unable to load the script data:

Cause:

Corrupted permissions issue at the OS level.

Resolution:
=========
Generally, this occurs because of a permission issue or when the script files were copied from a previously used system to a new system without updating the permisions. To resolve this make a copy of these files and delete the old files and then update the file reference in BC by removing the old file reference and enter the new file reference value.
