Currently it is not possible to set or configure the clock skew tolerance for SOAP activities with security policies in BusinessWorks. The only possible way to avoid clock skew related issues is to make sure that client and server machines have their clocks in sync. The following enhancement request has been logged for supporting clock skew tolerance. No release date has been given.
