Resolution:
If you make changes to the server.bat and then restart your Manager, the changes may not take effect. This occurs when the Manager is registered as a Windows Service.

To correct this, uninstall and reinstall the GridServer Manager Windows Service as follows:

   1. Open a command shell and cd to the GridServer installation.
   2. Run server.bat remove name, where name is the name you gave the Windows Service, or server.bat remove if you didn't name it.
   3. Run server.bat install name, where name is the optional name you wish to give the Windows Service.
