Resolution:
The PDriver bstatus and bcoll commands may fail with an access error when attempting to get information from the Manager.

In order to check the status of a Batch Job, you must be running PDriver with a Driver user that has the appropriate access level on the Manager. To do this, you will need to set up a Driver user with "Manage" level access on the Manager and use this Driver user, set via DSUsername and DSPassword in the driver.properties file.
