Resolution:
Refer to the attached project zip named MultiParticipantInOneLookup.zip, it demonstartes how to lookup multiple participants of a relationship using Wizard activity and also with DynamicLookup activity.
In DynamicLookup activity if you don't specify output participant, it should lookup all the participants, it will be supported from SmartMapper5.3 onwards, which is planned to be released in a couple of months.
