TIBCO Enterprise Message Service does not support an RPM install as an option. Currently, we are not planning on providing rpms.  RPM is not highly regarded and is platform specific.  We have a Java based installer that provides a single source across multiple platforms that runs on Linux distributions.  The bin file we provide is generated with Installshield multiplatform and works with all platforms that support Java.
