Coherence is licensed to TIBCO Software, Inc. under an OEM agreement for exclusive use in the TIBCO BusinessEvents product. Users do not need to buy a license from Oracle/Tangosol to use it with TIBCO BusinessEvents version 3.x and 4.x. A Coherence license will need to be purchased when using BE 5.x releases.
