TIBCO BusinessEvents is unable to resolve the namespace/location when there are multiple XSDs in the project with elements defined in both the XSDs.

Symptoms:

TIBCO BusinessEvents is unable to resolve namespace/location .

Causes:
==========
The usual scenarios under which this issue is seen are given below .

1). When there are multiple XSDs in the project with elements defined in both the XSDs.  

2). When both the Concrete WSDL and XSD are used to build the WSDL are present inside the same project.

3). When the xsd is in the .projlib shared library and also in the concrete WSDL definition type and both are in the same project .

Resolution:
==========
All schemas are registered in a single registry. So two schema files defining the same types in the same namespace will not work in TIBCO Business Events .
