Symptoms:

The following error is seen while accessing TIBCO Administrator GUI using Firefox 17:

The browser you are using is not compatible with TIBCO Administrator.

        Please use one of the following:

            Netscape Navigator 6.1 or higher
            Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
            Mozilla 1.7.1 or higher
            Mozilla Firefox


Cause:
=====

The issue is seen only with a specific version of Firefox (version 17).

Resolution:
==========

Upgrade the Firefox to version 17.0.1.
