Description:
If you are upgrading the TIBCO iProcess Client (Browser) from
10.3.0 to 10.5.0, the upgrade can fail if any of the 10.3.0 client
files are set to read-only.
Installshield reports an "access denied" error on the first
read-only file it encounters, and the upgrade completes unsuccessfully.
Workaround:
After Installshield completes, uninstall the iProcess Client (Browser), then reinstall 10.5.0.
The uninstaller will delete the 10.3.0 files, allowing the 10.5.0 installation to work.
