When deploying TIBCO BusinessEvents through Administrator, the password in the tra file is incorrect and obfuscated using a global variable.

Symptoms:
============
The TRA file shows an incorrect encrypted password when BusinessEvents inference engine is deployed through Administrator. The DB connection uses an obfuscated password through a global variable.

When deployed through Administrator, the obfuscated password in the .tra file is not correct when the engine is started. The password has to be manually changed in the .tra file to make it work.

As an example, after deploying the following string appears as the password value in tra file:

Cause:

Defect TRA-2646 was raised to fix this issue.

Resolution:
============
Update and install TRA version to TRA 5.7.1HF4 to resolve this issue.
