Resolution:

The current released version of TIBCO BusinessEvents (5.1.1HF1) has no option to choose the timescope for ActiveSpace channels. TIBCO BusinessEvents use the default value "ALL" (returns all tuples).

CR BE-18050 has been created to support other options ("New","ALL") - planed for TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.2.x
