Resolution:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Files (FA) is not an XML parser. FA offers record publishing using a defined AE schema or transferring a file from one location to another. Note that the simple file transfer protocol is a closed protocol in the sense that it works with only TIBCO file adapter or mainframe (z/OS).  If you want XML file reading/parsing/processing, we suggest you use either TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks  to parse the XML file and do the processing rather than publishing from FA.
