Resolution:
This issue occurs on machines that have BC installed and no BW version was installed after installing TRA 5.6. The work around is to either install or reinstall a version of BW compatible with TRA 5.6. For BW compatibility with TRA 5.6, refer to the compatibility matrix provided with the TRA documentation under "Upgrading to Release 5.6 -> Compatibility".
