Resolution:
If you have set password policy and when a user's password expires, they are not able to log into the TIBCO Administrator GUI or use any tools. Server based application data (repo instances) can not be accessed. A user trying to log into the GUI will be prompted for their old and new password. The password will then be changed. The same will be true for the domain Administrator user except that the admin server will start. However, as with any other expired userid, any deployed applications that did not use the "local" transport option will not be able to start. Note that the user should redeploy all RV/HTTP based applications when the user changes the password. This is not required for local deployments.
