Resolution:
on server host platform, the following shell command
cat $IC_HOME/.icRelease
*should* give a release tag for the InConcert server version when it was installed. The upgrade
does not update this value.
Tunring on the debug.log also provides the same information, i.e. 'setenv $IC_DEBUG_LOG $IC_HOME/logs/debug.log.
