Resolution:
The db directory is not intended to be viewed or changed except by TIB/Integration Manager. It holds the state information on the jobs and other TIB/Integration Manager elements. The only operation you should even consider on the db directory is to delete it if you want to throw out existing jobs and start over. Only do this when no engines are running.
