Resolution:
To send attachments for filedatatype attributes while adding or modifying a record through webservice. It is required to include the attachment details in the mimepart of the request being sent.
Please find an example TIBCO BW project attached which sends a record add request with two attachments for IMAGE and ATTACHEMENT attributes.
Also attached are the request file and the attachments that are referred in the request.
