Resolution:
RVRD automatically forward the _INBOX subjects, there is no way to disable it.
You can configure your application subjects (e.g. foo.>, test.a.b, etc.) to route between rvrd-A and rvrd-B in one direction, but not for the _INBOX subjects. RVRDs forward _INBOX subjects automatically.
