The key is nothing happens after the authentication.  This was caused by the customer removing the line in rv-cfg.pro of ":-reconsult('ic_custom').        % custom logging and date code InConcert".  This was fixed by putting that line back in.  The customer was then told to add in ic_custom.pro ":-reconsult('XXXX_Custom.pro' on line 12 of ic_custom.pro.
