Error while trying to start Designer, "unable to find the start class". The error was first seen after the user installed other TIBCO products, such as File Adapter.

Cause:
=====
One possible reason appears to be when a user installs TIBCO products while some other TIBCO applications are running. This may cause incomplete installation of TIBCO JRE.

Resolution:
=======
1). Stop all the TIBCO applications.
2). Reinstall the TIBCO products (such as File Adapter).
3). Start Designer.
