Duplicate index names created by TIBCO BusinessEvents utility be-jdbcdeploy.

Symptoms:
=========
SQL script includes a duplicate index name for different tables when concept name is longer than 24 characters (alias file used).

Cause:
======
Product issue.

be-jdbcdeploy cuts the index name  for statemachine and contained concept to 30 characters which is not unique when concept name is greater than 24 characters.

Resolution:
========
The issue is fixed in TIBCO BusinessEvents version 5.1.1 . Update to this or newer version.
