Resolution:
Yes it is a must; you may not see a problem sometimes, as RVRD forward INBOX messages automatically, and some of RVCM protocol messages are point-to-point messages, such as conformation messages.  However, some of the RVCM protocol messages are broadcast/multicast messages (administrative announcements).  Therefore as stated in the TIBCO Rendezvous Administrative Guide, always exchange _RVCM.>, RVCMQ.> and _RVFT.> in rvrd if the above protocols endpoints are across routing daemons.
