Resolution:
TRA 5.5.4 is a service pack for TRA 5.5.0. It is a full installer which does not need TRA 5.5.0 to be installed on the machine, prior to installing TRA 5.5.4.

This software release will allow customers to benefit from
•    TIBCO recent security advisory (http://www.tibco.com/mk/advisory.jsp#apr-09-08)
•    SUN recent JRE security advisory (as announced in our Late Breaking News LBN1-8VOM6F)
•    openSSL security fixes (www.openssl.org)
