Resolution:
When an RV application starts or restarts a RVD on OpenVMS it starts the rvd.exe. To have the rvd start with non-default parameters you will need to first rename the rvd.exe; then create an rvd.exe to start a .com file; next have the .com file start the renamed rvd.exe with whatever parameters you need. This will provide the most flexible solution for the long term. We do not have any examples of this available.
