Symptoms
========
While initializing, Unicode adapter throws the error ‘Can’t find path for shared library’.
Impact
======
Los of functionality. Unicode adapter will not run.
Cause
=====
Unicode adapter needs the file adr3u_env.sh, for setting the environment variables. Currently there is no such file is present under $ADR3_HOME/bin directory.
Workaround
=========
Copy adr3_env.sh to adr3u_env.sh. Use the command ‘cp adr3_env.sh adr3u_env.sh’.
Resolution
=========
The file adr3u_env.sh is shipped with the TIBCO Adapter for SAP R/3 5.4.2
