Resolution:
In a BE-BW integration project and when business events is used as the container,the business works process must be identified.When started from command line,tibco.bwrepourl property must be added in the be-engine.tra file and must specify the repo url for the deployed Business Works application as its value.
When started using TIBCO Administrator,Add a PAR resource to the EAR resource.configure the PAR resource to include all process used in the integration.Only the BAR needs to be started at runtime.
Another way is to configure the tibco.bwrepourl property in TIBCO Administrator advanced tab for the application.
