Resolution:
Yes they will, as long as a TIB/Hawk agent that has loaded them is running. TIB/Hawk agents load the rulebases when they start up, and they run independently of the TIB/Hawk Display. See the TIB/Hawk Installation and Administrator's Guide for more details.
