Workaround:

(1) Delete
&lttibco-home>/amxadministrator/data/amx/admin/archives/public_html/spm/help/context.xml
(2) Copy the attached context.xml to
&lttibco-home>/amxadministrator/data/amx/admin/archives/public_html/spm/help
folder
(3) Logout from AMX Administrator.
(4) Clear the web browser cache.
(5) Login into AMX Administrator.
Now when you click on the help links the online documentation would be displayed.
